The first thing that needs to be mentioned about the Westhampton Country Club is the complete lack of information about its golf course on the official website – one might think that golfing facilities don’t exist there at all. This is a shame because their layout is an outstanding tribute to the classical golf course designs featuring MacRaynor templates.

While it is challenging to gather information, here is what we managed to find. The current course is Gil Hanse’s redesign: 18 holes are stretched on a 6548 yards layout (par 70, slope 137). The peculiarity of this course is the fact that it looks and feels very open and spacious, despite being huddled into a relatively small piece of land.

Players can rent clubs and carts on a place, and such practice facilities as a driving range, pitching and chipping areas, as well as putting green are available. Additional sports activities also include tennis. As for the socializing opportunities, the club offers venues to organize your special events and serves “great food”, according to the visitors’ reviews.

The club’s type is private, so you need to inquire about the membership first.  Please note that members have to follow the rules of conduct and wear appropriate golf attire during their visit.
