The Schuyler Meadows Club pays a lot of attention to history, as even its golf course was designed to mimic George Washington’s residency at Mount Vernon. The 6,900 yards layout was carefully designed by Devereux Emmet in 1927 (with some minor updates presented by Brian Silva and Bruce Hepner later on in the 2010-s) to achieve this goal, featuring 18 holes amid green scenery and a variety of bunkers – distinguishing features for which Emmet is known for.
